用紫外分光光度法对国内5个厂家的尼莫地平片剂及进口的尼莫通片剂进行体外溶出实验。结果显示其中国内应用固体分散技术生产的尼莫地平片的溶出度与尼莫通溶出百分率接近，明显高于未采用此技术生产的尼莫地平片剂，经方差检验，有极显著性差异（P＜0．01）。提示经固体分散技术工艺改进后的国产尼莫地平片的溶出度明显提高。
UV spectrophotometry of 5 domestic manufacturers of nimodipine tablets and imported nimotop tablets in vitro dissolution experiments. The results showed that the dissolution rate of nimodipine tablets produced by solid dispersion technology in China was close to the dissolution percentage of nimotopin tablets, which was significantly higher than that of nimodipine tablets without using this technique. The variance test showed that there was a significant difference P <0.01). It is suggested that the dissolution of domestic nimodipine tablets improved by solid dispersion technology is obviously improved.
