通过对比分析中外文化在价值观和管理思维方面的差异,指出合资码头在管理过程中不可避免的存在管理冲突。中外合资双方应在企业文化方面求同存异,以制度管理为基础,通过培训建立员工对合资企业文化的认同感,通过扁平型组织机构和信任型授权营造良好的沟通和信任氛围,从而达到中外双方企业文化的融合,促进合资企业的繁荣发展。
By contrasting the differences between Chinese and foreign cultures in terms of values and management thinking, it is pointed out that there is inevitable management conflict in the joint venture terminal.
