培养具有创业能力和创新精神的应用型人才,是中职教育的根本任务,为了实现这一目标,中职院校需要培养学生的实践能力,同时,还应培养学生职业所需要的通用能力。如何培养学生的通用能力,是当今比较热门的一个话题。介绍了通用能力的概念,分析了培养学生通用能力的必要性,最后提出了培养通用能力的必要途径。
In order to achieve this goal, vocational colleges should cultivate practical ability of students while cultivating applied talents with entrepreneurial ability and innovative spirit. At the same time, they should also cultivate the common abilities required for students’ careers. How to cultivate students’ common abilities is one of the hot topics in the world today.
