本文从控制系统一体化设计的思想以及熟知的社会现象中分析提取出这样一个控制命题:怎样的受控对象更好控制?具体则从“这类对象如果存在,那么应当满足怎样的特性?”这一关键环节切入,以线性/线性化模型描述的受控对象为平台,给出了“更好控制”的概念:控制效果更好、控制增益更低;进一步分析了该控制问题的特点及所需的理论基础,提出了能控度控制学猜想:相同条件下,能控度高的系统会更好控制.最后,给出了解决该猜想的初步理论框架并简要地介绍了相关的进展.
