以来源于苏州光福的8个杨梅品种为试材,比较分析了其外观品质和主要营养成分。结果表明:测试的8个品种间果形差异不大,果形指数0.96~1.03,均接近于圆形;果实营养成分除含有糖、有机酸、蛋白质外,还含有丰富的维生素、花青苷及钙、镁、钾、铁等矿质元素,品种间多项含量值差异明显。其中,“平刺绿荫”、“短柄纪顺”及“尖刺绿荫”主要经济性状表现较好,“大叶早红”、“短柄甜山”、“短柄纪顺”矿质元素含量较高。
In order to evaluate the quality and main nutritional components of eight Chinese bayberry cultivars from Guangfu of Suzhou, The results showed that there was no significant difference in the fruit shape between the eight cultivars tested. The fruit shape index was 0.96 ~ 1.03, which were close to the circle. The nutritional components of fruits were rich in vitamins and anthocyanins except for sugar, organic acid and protein. And calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and other mineral elements, a significant difference between the number of species content. Among them, the main economic traits of “flat thorn green shade”, “short stem ji shun” and “spiked green shade” performed better, “big leaf early red”, “short stem sweet mountain ”, “ Short handle Ji Shun ”high mineral content.
