中国地质学会地质科技开发咨询中心所属的环境地质咨询服务部经过一年的筹办,于一九八六年三月十二日在北京中国地质科学院宣布正式成立。参加成立大会的有中国地质学会秘书长王泽九同志、地矿部水文工程地质司岭嘉法付司长以及应聘为该咨询部的委员、顾问等四十余人。与会者听取了咨询部筹备经过和参加青海省格尔木城市环境地质咨询情况以及八六年工作设想的汇报。王泽九同志在讲话中指出:
After one year of preparatory work for the environmental geology consulting service affiliated to the Geological Science and Technology Development and Consulting Center of the Chinese Geological Society, it was announced at the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences in Beijing on March 12, 1986. To participate in the inaugural meeting, Comrade Wang Ze-jiu, secretary-general of China Geological Society, and Ling Jiafa, director of the Department of Geology and Hydrology of the Ministry of Geology and Minerals, and more than 40 candidates, including consultants and consultants, were recruited. Attendees listened to the report prepared by the Ministry of Consultative Affairs on preparations for going through and participating in the environmental geology consultation of Golmud City in Qinghai Province and the idea of working for 1986.
