The article focuses on the principles and methods of the construction of narrow competitive intelligence system and some understandings of the construction of narrow competitive intelligence system. It also gives a brief account of the construction methods of large and complex systems. Finally, it expounds some experiences in the construction of the national competitive intelligence system .
