Japanese scholars’ study of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China began as early as 1979, the second year of the Third Plenary Session of the Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee, and from 1980s to the mid-1980s, the research in this area has been deepening. The following three reviews from Japanese scholars to the Third Plenary Session of the CPC’s commentary. I.
