以搅拌器位置处的凝固层厚度以及磁场分布计算结果为依据确定了搅拌频率,并通过生产试验的效果确定了最佳搅拌参数。从试验结果来看,在拉速为1.0~1.1m/min时搅拌器的最佳搅拌频率为6Hz,拉速提高铸坯低倍上白亮带的宽度增加。优化后的搅拌参数明显改善了Q235铸坯的中心质量,降低了中心偏析级别。
The stirring frequency was determined on the basis of the solidified layer thickness at the stirrer position and the calculation results of the magnetic field distribution. The optimum stirring parameters were determined by the production test results. From the test results, when the pulling speed is 1.0 ~ 1.1m / min, the optimum mixing frequency of the stirrer is 6Hz, and the pulling speed increases the width of the bright white belt on the low times of the slab. The optimized mixing parameters significantly improve the center quality of the Q235 slab and reduce the center segregation level.
