The effect of interstitial elements on the valence electron structures of Ti, Al and Ti (TiAl) phases is analyzed according to the average unit cell model and bond energy formula of Yu’s theory. The effects of interstitial elements on the temperature of these phase transition points are calculated , And explained some controversial experimental results.
