在机械加工中,经常会遇到需要铣削一些轴类工件两个对称平面。有的工件对称度要求不高,数量不多,通常采用分度头夹持加工。但是,在成批生产中,如果仍然运用分度头夹持的方法加工,不仅生产方式落后,而且产量太低。为铣削如图所示工件的两个对称平面,我们设计、制造过三种不同结构型式的铣床夹具。经过实际使用和分析比较,认为图示结构的铣床夹具,不仅能够达到产品工艺的加工要求,而且产量增加两倍,现介绍如下:
In machining, often encounter the need to mill some of the axis of the workpiece two symmetrical plane. Some symmetry requirements of the workpiece is not high, the small number, usually using the dividing head clamping processing. However, in mass production, if the method of indexing head holding is still used, the production method is not only backward but also the output is too low. To mill the two symmetrical planes of the workpiece as shown, we designed and manufactured three milling fixture fixtures of different types. After actual use and analysis and comparison, that the graphical structure of the milling fixture, not only to meet the processing requirements of the product process, but the output doubled, are presented below:
