目的探讨中国汉族人群中乳腺癌易感基因相关蛋白(BRAP)rs3782886A>G基因多态性与食管癌发生风险的关系。方法采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOFMS)技术分析380例食管癌(食管癌组)和380例非肿瘤组(对照组)BRAP rs3782886A>G基因多态性,计算各种基因型的食管癌发生风险。结果 Logistic回归分析显示,与携带BRAP rs3782886AA+AG基因型的群体相比较,携带BRAP rs3782886GG等位基因型群体的食管癌发病风险略有降低(OR=0.53,95%CI=0.26-1.09)。结论 BRAP rs3782886A>G基因多态性与食管癌的发病风险无明显相关。
Objective To investigate the association between polymorphism of rs3782886A> G polymorphism of breast cancer susceptibility gene associated protein (BRAP) and the risk of esophageal cancer in Chinese Han population. Methods The polymorphisms of BRAP rs3782886A> G in 380 cases of esophageal cancer (esophageal cancer) and 380 cases of non-tumor (control group) were analyzed by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOFMS) The risk of esophageal cancer. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of esophageal cancer with BRAP rs3782886GG allele was slightly lower (OR = 0.53, 95% CI = 0.26-1.09) than those with BRAP rs3782886AA + AG genotype. Conclusion There is no significant correlation between BRAP rs3782886A> G polymorphism and the risk of esophageal cancer.
