近年来,在党中央、国务院提振文化产业综合实力的多重利好政策的不断推动下,文化产业发展迅速,对经济的贡献持续上升。但是,在发展过程中往往遭受融资难的困扰。尽管政府在设立专项资金、搭建融资交流平台等方面给予文化产业很大支持,但对于文化企业众多的需求而言,无异于杯水车薪。它们的发展,始终离不开金融机构的借贷、资本市场和民间资本的融资。如何破解文化产业发展中的一系列突出问题,构建文化产业融资路径,是一个值得研究的课题。本文从西部文化产业融资发展实际出发,对文化产业的融资问题及成因进行深入分析,提出了针对性强的融资新路径,并为解决文化企业融资困境提供相应保障措施,以期为国内其他地区文化产业融资发展提供参考。
In recent years, thanks to the continuous promotion of the multi-positive policy of boosting the comprehensive strength of the cultural industry by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, the cultural industry has developed rapidly and its contribution to the economy has continued to rise. However, they often suffer from difficulties in financing their development. Although the government gives great support to the cultural industry in setting up special funds and building a platform for financing exchanges, it is tantamountless for the large number of demands of cultural enterprises. Their development has always been inseparable from the financing of financial institutions, lending, capital markets and private capital. How to solve a series of prominent problems in the development of cultural industries and establish a financing path for cultural industries is a topic worthy of study. Based on the reality of the development of western cultural industry financing, this article deeply analyzes the financing problems and causes of the cultural industry, proposes new targeted financing ways, and provides corresponding safeguards to solve the financing difficulties of the cultural enterprises in the hope of serving the culture of other regions in China Provide a reference for the development of industrial finance.
