探讨农村小学班级文化建设的一些实际做法,形成班级特色,在农村小学班级建设中有一定的示范性。教室的布置体现了一个班级的品位、一个班级的理念,积极、健康、向上的育人环境无时无刻不给孩子们的心灵以潜移默化的影响。培养学生的综合素质是班级文化建设的根本目的。教师要通过健康向上的文化活动陶冶学生的道德情操,有目的地组织丰富多彩的文化活动。
To discuss some practical practices of class culture construction in rural primary schools and to form class characteristics, and to demonstrate certainty in class construction of rural primary schools. Classroom layout reflects a class grade, a class concept, positive, healthy, progressive education environment all the time to the child’s mind to subtle influence. Cultivating the overall quality of students is the fundamental purpose of class culture. Teachers should cultivate students’ moral sentiments through healthy and progressive cultural activities, and organize colorful cultural activities purposely.
