船舶建造过程中,其电缆的贯穿是全船性的,它穿过各种甲板、水密隔壁和围壁。电缆在穿过水密隔壁和水密甲板时,为了保证其原来的密性,就要采取一定的密封措施,这就是我们通常所称的电缆密封。电缆束穿过水密隔壁或甲板的密封结构称之为密封电缆盒,其中穿过水密隔壁的密封电缆盒称为电缆密封填料函,穿过水密甲板的密封电缆盒称为密封电缆筒。 我国造船工业,电缆密封这项工作是比较落后的。至今,我们还不得不向日本和西德进口电缆密封填料。下面就如何解决好成束电缆穿过水密隔壁或甲板的问题,提出自己的一些看法。
During the construction of the ship, the cable runs through it all-in-one, passing through various decks, watertight divisions and walls. China’s shipbuilding industry, cable sealing this work is relatively backward. So far, we also have to import cable gland packing to Japan and West Germany.
