选用孵育24 h 的来亨鸡胚,注入灵芝液0.4 ml,继续孵育到第4～6天取眼球和卵黄囊做成石蜡切片,HE 和 HEA Ⅱ(苏木精-伊红-天青Ⅱ)染色。结果显示:灵芝液对鸡胚无致畸作用,对视网膜色素上皮细胞的色素颗粒的形成有促进作用。
Incubate the chicken embryos for 24 h and inject 0.4 ml of Ganoderma lucidum solution. Continue to incubate for 4 to 6 days. Take eye and yolk sac to make paraffin sections. HE and HEA II (Hematoxylin-Eosin-Azur AII) dyeing. The results showed that Ganoderma lucidum had no teratogenic effects on chicken embryos, and it promoted the formation of pigment particles in retinal pigment epithelium cells.
