在日益激烈的市场竞争中,石油销售企业要发展壮大、提高企业核心竞争力,除了在产品质量和服务上下功夫之外,更重要是的提高企业信誉、价值理念等精神层面的因素,这就离不开企业文化的塑造。优秀的企业文化是企业核心竞争力的强力支撑。鉴于此,本文对新时期我国石油销售公司企业文化创新进行了探讨。
