由于受到各种因素的影响,学生在体育课程的表现往往存在差异,而新课改指出,课堂教学的主体是学生,因此作为一线的体育教师,要正确的认识学生的个体差异,能够以生为本,创造新的教学模式,促使每位学生都能够获得进步。要激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生自身的学习潜能,培养学生自主学习的意识和习惯,必须尊重学生的个体差异,指导学生选择适合自己的学习方式,努力为学生创设良好的自主学习情境。
