图1所示机夹不重磨端铣刀的结构,比一般机夹不重磨端铣刀紧凑、简单,适于制成密齿结构。刀片径向、轴向的定位,靠锥面和刀体槽,采用内六方螺钉拉紧圆柱销以楔面压紧。选用经研磨和刃磨的313或P3XH13三角形刀片。实践证明这种结构效果较好,可提高工效2~3倍,加工表面光洁度可达 5~6。刀具几何角度:可根据加工要求,选择主偏角为60°、75°、90°等(见图2~图4)。径向前角γ选用负值,按铣刀直径大小和加工情况来定。γ=arcsin
