党的十八大产生的新一届党中央领导集体,上任伊始就公开向全党和全国人民郑重宣示和庄严承诺,坚决严格执行“改进工作作风、密切联系群众”的八项规定,以此吹响了共同实干兴邦、全面建成小康、完成复兴伟业、实现中国梦想的号角。不仅向世人展现了坚定自信、亲民务实的执政风格,也用实际行动召唤党员干部加强党性修养,改进工作作风,永葆公仆形象。新一届中央领导集体为什么如此高度重视党员干部的作风建设,倡导实干兴邦从改进作风抓起?那是因为,党员干部的党性修养如何,一个重要的方面就是看党员干部作风如何。作为党和国家事业的领导者、组织者、推动者,党员干部对于一个国家、地方、部门、单位的发展承担着重大责任,发挥着重要作用。党员干部的一言一行既关系党的形象、影响党的事业,更会对广大人民群众产生引导、示范作用,进而影响社会风气。
