随着社会经济的快速发展,市场劳动关系日益复杂,这对工会的工作提出了新的挑战,不但要求工会干部能提高自己的工作能力,还需要其掌握更多职工群众关心的问题,唯有如此,才能理顺企业的劳资关系,更好地推动企业的发展。而能力的提升则需要依靠学习,只有终身学习,才能获得长远发展。然而,就目前的情况看,我国的工会干部在学习中还存在诸多问题,这限制了我国企业工会工作开展的质量。本文分析了当前企业干部学习存在的问题,基于此,提出了加强企业工会干部学习的途径,希望对企业工会工作的开展有所启示。
With the rapid socio-economic development, labor relations in the market are increasingly complicated. This poses new challenges to the work of the trade unions. It not only demands that trade unions and cadres can improve their work ability but also needs more masters to care about the concerns of the workers and staff. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current enterprise cadre study, and based on this, puts forward some ways to strengthen the cadre study in the enterprise union, hoping to enlighten the development of the enterprise union.
