刘窑头小流域综合治理是黄河上中游管理局1998—2000年批复实施的水土保持重点生态工程项目,旨在探索西部荒漠草原区的风沙治理途径。治理完成10年后,通过调查、走访,系统、客观地用经济效益、生态效益和社会效益3种元素对刘窑头小流域过去的治理技术路线、成果、效益进行了后评价,深入思考了出现问题的原因及解决的办法,以期为今后的科学决策提供有力支撑。
The comprehensive management of Liuyitou Small Watershed is the key ecological project of soil and water conservation approved by the Upper and Middle Yellow River Management Bureau from 1998 to 2000 to explore ways of harnessing wind and sand in the western desert grassland. Ten years after the completion of governance, the past governance techniques, achievements and benefits of the Liuyitou catchment have been post-evaluated through surveys, visits, systematically and objectively using the three elements of economic, ecological and social benefits The causes of the problems and solutions, with a view to provide strong support for future scientific decision-making.
