目的:观察柿叶提取物对糖尿病大鼠模型降糖、降脂、抗氧化作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)结合高脂高糖饲料喂养诱导建立糖尿病大鼠模型,给予柿叶提取物灌胃14天,测定血糖含量并分别测定血清TC、TG、HDLC、LDLC、SOD、MDA含量,并观察对肝脏组织形态的影响。结果:与模型组比较,柿叶提取物组可显著降低空腹血糖,并降低血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LD-LC),显著提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC),并具有提高血清SOD活力,降低血清MDA含量的作用。结论:柿叶提取物对实验性糖尿病大鼠具有降低血糖,调节血脂和抗氧化作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic and anti-oxidative effects of persimmon leaf extract on diabetic rat model and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Diabetic rats were induced by streptozotocin (STZ) and high-fat and high-sucrose diet. The persimmon leaf extract was administered intragastrically for 14 days. The blood glucose levels were measured and the levels of TC, TG, HDLC, SOD, MDA content, and observe the impact on liver tissue morphology. Results: Compared with the model group, persimmon leaf extract group could significantly lower fasting blood glucose and lower triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LD-LC) Lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC), and has the effect of increasing serum SOD activity and decreasing serum MDA content. Conclusion: Persimmon leaf extract has the effects of lowering blood sugar, regulating blood fat and antioxidation in experimental diabetic rats.
