从国际范围来看,八十年代教育改革的实质在于要对未来的变化和需要做出反映。结合我国实际,党的十二大把教育和科学作为我国从1981年到2000年现代化建设的三个战略重点之一,邓小平同志明确提出“教育要面向现代化,面向未来,面向世界”,这正是反映了经济、社会发展客观规律的要求。结合化学教学来探讨,怎样做方符合“三个面向”的方针,有利于从化学学科的特点出发,促使学生的智力和创造能力得到较好的发展,这是我们要不断探索、研究的课题。
Judging from the international perspective, the essence of education reform in the 1980s lies in the need to reflect changes and needs in the future. Considering the reality of our country, the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards education and science as one of the three strategic priorities of our country’s modernization from 1981 to 2000. Comrade Deng Xiaoping clearly stated that education should be oriented toward modernization, the future and the world, It reflects the objective laws of economic and social development. Combining with chemistry teaching, it is of great importance to study how to comply with the “three orientations” approach and to facilitate the development of students’ intellectual and creative abilities from the characteristics of chemistry subject. This is a topic that we must constantly explore and study .
