通过对真空镀铝纸与复合铝纸的重金属、挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)测试比对,分析真空镀铝纸的安全性,为应用真空镀铝纸提供更广阔的空间。结果表明:真空镀铝纸与复合铝纸的重金属、VOCs均符合标准要求;真空镀铝(转移)纸重金属明显低于复合铝纸,尤其真空镀铝纸Ni金属较复合铝纸低很多;非印刷型真空镀铝纸VOCs与复合铝纸相当,印刷型真空镀铝纸VOCs中酮类与酯类较复合铝纸明显低;结合环保、能源节约、安全等方面考虑,真空镀铝纸均要好于复合纸。
By analyzing and comparing the heavy metals and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in vacuum aluminized paper and composite aluminum paper, the safety of vacuum aluminized paper is analyzed, which provides a wider space for the application of vacuum aluminized paper.
