我国已经进入以工促农、以城带乡的发展阶段,进入加快改造传统农业、走中国特色农业现代化的关键时期,我国农业正处在提高物资装备的紧要关口。这就要求进行技术研究和产品创新,重点发展多功能、智能化和经济型的先进农业装备技术,加快推进主要粮食作物全程机械化与油料作物生产机械化。
China has entered a crucial stage of accelerating the transformation of traditional agriculture and taking the modernization of agriculture with Chinese characteristics into its development stage of promoting agriculture through industry and bringing urban development to the countryside. Our country’s agriculture is now at a critical juncture in raising the supply of materials and equipment. This will require technological research and product innovation, focusing on the development of multi-functional, intelligent and economical advanced agricultural equipment and technologies and accelerating the full mechanization of major food crops and mechanization of oilseed crop production.
