在教育改革中,有效的教师专业发展应当基于教师的课堂教学习俗。其理由在于,教育改革中的教师专业发展需要关注教师群体经验、习俗性知识以及所使用的理论,而课堂教学习俗呈现了上述关注点。教育改革中基于课堂教学习俗实现教师专业发展,可以把课堂教学习俗作为校本教研的主题;利用课堂教学习俗中的资源因素与局限因素实现教师专业发展中的继承与创新;以课堂教学习俗的反思、继承、摒弃为平台增加教师专业发展的内在动力。
In education reform, effective professional development of teachers should be based on teachers’ classroom teaching practices.
