在混凝土搅拌及运输机械生产中,焊接生产的工作量占整机生产工作量的1/3以上,其质量好坏对整机质量影响很大。国内大部分采用手工电弧焊,只有少数厂家采用CO_2气体保护焊,而且一般采用进口焊机和焊丝。国外对于框架结构一般采用手工电弧焊和CO_2气体保护焊,对筒体件一般采用埋弧自动焊或半自动CO_2气体保护焊。但半自动CO_2气体保护焊有取代埋弧自动焊的趋势,如日本无论是框架结构还是筒体结构都采用CO_2气体保护焊。下面简单介绍国外混凝土搅拌运输车筒体的生产。搅拌筒一般由厚6~8mm,含C为0.2%左右,含M_n为1.2%左右的钢板焊制而成。其大体形状如图1,内有螺旋叶片焊在筒体上。
In the production of concrete mixing and transportation machinery, the welding production volume accounts for more than one-third of the total production workload, and its quality has a great influence on the quality of the whole machine. Most of the domestic use of manual arc welding, only a few manufacturers use CO 2 gas shielded welding, and generally imported welding machine and welding wire. In foreign countries, manual arc welding and CO 2 gas shielded welding are generally used for frame structures, and submerged arc automatic welding or semi-automatic CO 2 gas shielded welding is generally used for cylinder body parts. However, semi-automatic CO_2 gas shielded arc welding has the tendency to replace submerged arc welding. For example, CO_2 gas shielded arc welding is used in both the frame structure and the cylinder structure in Japan. The following briefly introduces the production of foreign concrete mixer trucks. The mixing drum is generally made of steel plates with a thickness of 6 to 8 mm, a C content of about 0.2%, and an M_n of about 1.2%. Its general shape is shown in Fig. 1, and spiral blades are welded to the cylinder body.
