本文是从临床骨髓穿刺液标本中探索骨髓微环境(BMM)的形态学,BMM 的观察项目包括骨髓小粒(BM-P),有核细胞量(BM-C)、脂肪细胞(BM-F)、网状细胞(BM-RT)、臣噬细胞(BM-MP)、内皮细胞(BM-ED)、浆细胞岛(BM-PI)、肥大细胞(BM-MC)和淋巴细胞滤泡(BM-LF)。250个病例可归纳为五大类 BMM。临床和细胞学分析结果说明骨髓细胞形态学不仅对血液病,而且对与免疫有关的疾患均具有诊断价值。并介绍一种新的分析骨髓形态学方法——骨髓造血结构图(SMH)。250个病例可归纳为五大类 SMH,使对骨髓穿刺液的检验和分析具有组织结构的概念。
This article explores the morphology of the bone marrow microenvironment (BMM) from clinical bone marrow aspirates. BMM observations include BM-P, BM-C, BM-F, , BM-RT, BM-MP, BM-ED, BM-PI, BM-MC and BM -LF). 250 cases can be grouped into five categories BMM. Clinical and cytological analysis of bone marrow cell morphology shows that not only blood disease, but also immune-related diseases have diagnostic value. And introduces a new method of analyzing bone marrow morphology - bone marrow hematopoietic structure map (SMH). The 250 cases can be grouped into five broad categories of SMHs, giving the concept of organizational structure to the testing and analysis of bone marrow aspirates.
