目的研究二镜联合胆囊切除、胆总管探查取石手术配合的效果。方法选取本院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的92例胆囊切除、胆总管探查取石手术患者作为样本,以46例为一组,将其分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规方法手术,观察组在二镜联合的辅助下手术。观察两组患者手术情况及围术期并发症发生情况。结果观察组46例患者全部手术成功,成功率100%,平均手术时间(156.39±21.11)min、术中出血量(95.84±11.21)ml,并发症发生几率2.17%。与对照组相比优势显著(P<0.05)。结论将腹腔镜与胆囊镜联合,用于胆囊切除、胆总管探查取石手术中,可有效提高手术成功率,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低围术期并发症发生几率,对于治疗有效率及安全性的提高,具有积极意义。
Objective To study the effect of two-mirror combined cholecystectomy and common bile duct exploration with stone surgery. Methods A total of 92 patients undergoing cholecystectomy and common bile duct exploration in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the samples and divided into observation group and control group. Control group using conventional methods of surgery, the observation group in the second mirror combined with the help of surgery. The two groups of patients underwent surgery and perioperative complications. Results All the 46 patients in the observation group were successful in operation. The success rate was 100%. The average operation time was 156.39 ± 21.11 min. The intraoperative blood loss was 95.84 ± 11.21 ml and the complication rate was 2.17%. Compared with the control group, the advantage was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Combined laparoscopy and cholecystoscopy for cholecystectomy and common bile duct exploration can effectively improve the success rate of operation, shorten the operation time, reduce the intraoperative blood loss and reduce the incidence of perioperative complications, for the treatment of The improvement of efficiency and safety is of positive significance.
