提出低温热利用措施折能系数的概念和计算方法,并给出了适合炼油厂具体条件的折能系数,为选择合适的低温热利用方式和对低温热利用的节能水平进行合理评价。
The conception and calculation method of the coefficient of performance of low temperature heat utilization are put forward. The coefficient of reciprocity is given for the specific conditions of oil refinery. Appropriate low temperature heat utilization methods and reasonable appraisal of the energy saving level of low temperature heat utilization are given.
