为研究矿山安全与经济发展之间的规律,总结非煤矿山安全工作的经验,探索非煤矿山安全监督管理的新思路、新办法,广东调研组于3月31日至4月4日对广东省深圳市、东莞市的安全生产工作进行了调研。 目前,广东省共有非煤矿山4451处,其中已经通过整治验收的2826处,正在整改的1625处,已取缔关闭1200余处。2002年全省非煤矿山共发生事故138起,死亡153人,伤亡事故起数、死亡人数比2001年略有上升。根据省政府的决定,全省的非煤矿山专项整治工作由省国土资源厅负责。
In order to study the law between mine safety and economic development, summarize the experience of non-coal mine safety work and explore new ideas and methods for safety supervision and management of non-coal mines, Guangdong Research Team conducted a survey on Guangdong mine safety from March 31 to April 4 Province Shenzhen, Dongguan City, safety work carried out research. At present, there are 4451 non-coal mines in Guangdong Province, of which 2,826 have been approved for remediation, 1,625 are in rectification, and 1,200 have been banned. In 2002, a total of 138 accidents occurred in non-coal mines across the province with 153 deaths. The number of casualties rose slightly from 2001. According to the provincial government’s decision, the province’s non-coal mines special rectification work by the Provincial Department of Land and Resources.
