铝及铝合金阳极氧化处理是在铝表面形成一层氧化膜,从而提高材料的抗蚀性,并改善各种物理化学性质。由于这种氧化膜具有多孔的结构,所以氧化后还要进行封闭处理。封闭的质量直接关系到耐蚀性的好坏。譬如西德标准DIN17611、DIN17612就规定,阳极化铝产品不但要有一个确保的厚度,而且还必须通过一定的封闭质量试验。国外检验封闭质量的方法有许多,国际标准化组织(ISO)规定了以下四种方法:1.点滴吸收法(见ISO 2143-81);
Anodized aluminum and aluminum alloy is the formation of an oxide film on the aluminum surface, thereby enhancing the corrosion resistance of the material, and to improve a variety of physicochemical properties. Due to the porous structure of this oxide film, it is also subjected to a blocking treatment after oxidation. Closed quality is directly related to the corrosion resistance is good or bad. For example, the German standards DIN17611, DIN17612 provides that anodized aluminum products not only have to ensure a certain thickness, but also must pass certain closed quality test. There are many foreign methods of testing the quality of closure, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) provides the following four methods: 1. Droplet absorption method (see ISO 2143-81);
