健康献血者血液经肝素抗凝,同一个体血液分为三部分培养:1.在含PWM的Eagle’s培养液中培养72小时作为PWM细胞,其中一部分接受~(50)钴照射4Gy。2.在不加丝裂原的Eagle’s培养液中,作为对照细胞。3.在分别含LPS、ConA、PWM和PHA的Eagle’s培养液中,作为反应细胞。将PWM细胞和对照细胞按下列的细胞组合加到反应细胞的培养物中进行再培养:1.反应细胞+对照细胞。2.反应细胞+PWM细胞。3.反应细胞
Blood from healthy donors was anticoagulated with heparin, and blood from the same individual was divided into three sections: 1. Cells were cultured in PWM-containing Eagle’s medium for 72 hours as PWM cells, some of which were irradiated with ~ (50) cobalt for 4Gy. 2. In mitogen-free Eagle’s medium as control cells. 3. As a reaction cell in Eagle’s medium containing LPS, ConA, PWM and PHA respectively. The PWM cells and the control cells were added to the cultures of the reaction cells according to the following combination of cells for re-culture: 1. Reactive cells + control cells. 2.
