糖尿病(DM)一经确诊,往往需要终生治疗,且只能控制病情或延缓发展,不能根治。全面有效地控制DM需要早期诊断和合理治疗,而且还需要考虑患者主动参与并且具有良好的治疗依从性。而我国糖尿病患者中60%~70%血糖控制不理想,血糖达标率不足26%,最主要原因之一就是患者的治疗依从性
Diabetes (DM), once diagnosed, often requires life-long treatment, and can only control the disease or delay the development, can not cure. A complete and effective control of DM requires early diagnosis and reasonable treatment, but also requires patient involvement and good adherence to treatment. In China, 60% to 70% of patients with glycemic control is not satisfactory, blood glucose compliance rate of less than 26%, one of the most important reason is the patient’s treatment compliance
