管理中事无巨细都需要老板亲自过问,最后只能落个老板精疲力尽但却“事倍功半”的结果。正确的做法是要想办法让下级去发现问题,并让下级自主地去解决问题。
The management of every detail need to ask the boss personally, and finally only a boss exhausted but “less effective” results. The correct approach is to find ways to let the lower level to find the problem and let the lower level to solve the problem autonomously.
