高考实行分省命题曾经是教育部积极倡导的一项高考改革措施,这一举措的初衷是基于我国幅员辽阔,各省情况千差万别,统一命题的高考很难体现地方特色,而高考分省命题有利于体现地方特色,便于高校有针对性地选拔人才。但是,在分省命题中也暴露出一些问题,这些问题的存在,应该可以成为2016年高考收回部分省市高考命题权的理由之一。
