1991年以来,我们上钢三厂坚持以经济效益为中心,以劳动、人事、分配制度为突破口,大力加强改革中的思想政治工作,齐心协力地推进经营机制转换,取得了五个初步效应:一是按照“理顺、精干、高效”的原则,精简了机构;二是精减了5200多名富余人员,精减率20.36%;三是改革了分配制度,拉大了岗位之间的工资差距;四是增强了职工的主人翁意识,调动了积极性;五是加速了科技进步,提高了经济效益. 1992年,通过抓住外部经济发展的有利时机和转换内部经营机制,使我厂各项生产指标都创造了历史最好水平.江泽民
