随着科技的进步,建设工程施工的复杂程度不断加大,建设工程施工合同的纠纷时有发生,且纠纷的复杂性、解决难度也在不断的增大。文章对工程实践中容易出现的几种纠纷进行了列举和分析,并提出了一些合同纠纷的预防措施。
With the advancement of science and technology, the complexity of the construction of the construction project has been continuously increasing, and disputes in the construction project construction contract have occurred from time to time, and the complexity of the dispute and the difficulty of solving the problem have also continuously increased.
