采用文献研究、问卷调查、专家访谈、实地考察、数理统计等研究方法,主要对广州市中心城区居民参与休闲体育活动的内容及形式、活动场所、参与情感体验、价值认识等方面进行具体分析,调查结果发现:居民对参与休闲体育活动后的情感体验持肯定态度,对休闲体育运动的价值认知程度较高;居民参与休闲体育活动的频率较高,参与的项目选择呈现多元化,但结构不合理;居民参与休闲体育活动的场所选择呈多样化,但体育设施不能满足居民的需求。
This paper analyzes the contents and forms of the participation of leisure and sports activities, the venues, the experience of participating in emotions and the understanding of values in the downtown area of Guangzhou based on research methods such as literature research, questionnaire survey, expert interview, field investigation and mathematical statistics. The survey found that residents have a positive attitude toward emotional experience after participating in recreational sports activities and a higher awareness of the value of recreational sports. Residents have a higher frequency of participation in recreational sports and diversified choices of participating projects. However, Irrational; residents to participate in recreational sports venues diversified choice, but sports facilities can not meet the needs of residents.
