We started to use pacemakers in 1974, and we now summarize a few of the 28 lessons we have learned from using pacemakers and briefly discuss the literature. First, the general clinical data using pacemaker treatment of 28 patients, 18 males and 10 females. The age ranged from 16 to 79 years, of which 17 were 60 and over. Clinical diagnosis of mostly coronary heart disease, accounting for 13 people
