目的：探讨中西医结合治疗Perthes病的临床意义。方法：中西医结合治疗Perthes病27例，采取血管植入术及复方丹参浪静滴为主要治疗手段，与单纯手术治疗18例比较。结果：中西医结合治疗组优良率为88．9％。平均治愈时间8个月。单纯手术组分别是83．3％，11个半月。结论：复方丹参液能提高手术治疗Perthes病疗效并使疗程缩短。
Objective: To explore the clinical significance of Integrative Medicine in the treatment of Perthes disease. Methods: Integrative treatment of Perthes disease in 27 cases, the use of vascular implantation and compound Danshenlang intravenous infusion as the main treatment, compared with simple surgical treatment of 18 cases. Results: The excellent and good rate was 88.9% in Integrative Medicine group. The average healing time of 8 months. Simple surgery group were 83.3%, 11 and a half months. Conclusion: Compound Danshen solution can improve the curative effect of Perthes disease and shorten the course of treatment.
