本文描述了Sn—Pb 共晶超塑性材料薄壁菅,在轴向受拉(或受压)菅内施加油压条件下的实验研究概况,结果表明,在复杂应力状态下该材料的塑性屈服遵守Mises 屈服准则,并与Tresca 屈服准则也很接近,进而首次给出了超塑材料在应变速率强化条件下的屈服轨迹。并验证了应变应力顺序相对应规律〔9〕是正确的。另外,实验还证明了对于超塑性材料在应力顺序变化时,应力应变关系符合于流动理论。当偏离比例加载不大时,与全应变理论所计算结果也相近。
This paper describes the experimental investigation of Sn-Pb eutectic superplastic thin-walled tube under axial tension (or pressure) Jian internal pressure, the results show that in the complex stress state of the plastic yield compliance Mises yield criterion is also very close to the Tresca yield criterion, and for the first time gives the yield trajectory of the superplastic material under the condition of strain rate strengthening.
