一、挖环槽整个挖槽工具由以下各部分组成:带有莫氏锥柄的基体、进给限制环、外套、压环、滑移套、刀具夹头,以及一组与加工孔相配合的组件,包括导环、刀夹和挖刀(图1)。整个机构可用于孔径10~32mm的孔;可挖最大槽深为3.2mm。通过调换导向环、刀夹与挖刀,可以简便地按加工要求改装。转动外套可使挖槽精确定位;调整进给限制环可以控制槽深,见图2。左图为原始位置,中图为到达切割位置时外套撞到钻套开始挖槽,右图为进行挖槽。这种工具可自动或手工进入待加工的孔。当支承在滚珠轴承上的压环撞到钻套、或者导向环撞到工件时,就是挖槽的精确位置(图3)。此后,工具受压缩短,挖刀通过进给曲面螺旋槽及凸块来控制径向进给,直至撞到限制圈为止。挖槽工作完成后,工具后退。开始后退时由于内装压簧的作用,挖刀完全缩回。
First, digging ring groove The entire grooving tool consists of the following parts: a base with a Morse taper shank, a feed restriction ring, a jacket, a pressure ring, a slip sleeve, a tool chuck, and a set of holes The components, including the guide ring, tool holder and digging knife (Figure 1). The entire mechanism can be used for holes 10 ~ 32mm in diameter; maximum groove depth can be dug 3.2mm. By changing the guide ring, the tool holder and the digging knife, it is easy to modify it according to the machining requirements. Rotating the casing allows precise positioning of the groove; adjusting the feed restriction ring allows the groove depth to be controlled, as shown in Figure 2. The left picture shows the original position. In the middle picture, when the coat reaches the cutting position, the coat hits the drill sleeve and starts to dig the groove. The picture on the right shows the groove digging. This tool automatically or manually into the hole to be processed. When the pressure ring supported on the ball bearing hits the drill collar or the guide ring hits the work piece, it is the exact position of the groove (Figure 3). After that, the tool was compressed short, and the digging knife controlled the radial feed through the spiral groove and the projection of the feeding surface till it hit the limit ring. After digging the work is done, the tool is backwards. Back to start due to the role of built-in compression spring, digging knife fully retracted.
