近年来,我国饭店业已经发展成为一个比较成熟的行业,管理水平和服务质量有了显著提高。但随着饭店业的不断发展,饭店业要想繁荣发展并且在激烈的市场竞争中获胜,就要建立一套完善的有效的激励机制来加强对人力资源的管理。同时需要在对员工进行激励的过程中,根据员工的不同需求,对他们实施有针对性的激励措施,并且坚持人本管理和物质与精神激励并重的原则,才能达到效果。
