去年以来,按照全省“低收入群众增收行动计划”的部署,坚持开发式扶贫理念,以低收入农户为主要对象,按照“小额流动、有偿使用、持续发展”的原则,磐安县全面开展扶贫小额信贷工作,有效缓解了农民创业资金紧张的问题,加快了低收入农户奔小康步伐。2009年1—8月份,全县共发放扶贫小额贷款571户、1491.5万元,扶持发展各类创业项目571个,带动低收入农户2400多户,户均增收1100多元。
Since the beginning of last year, in line with the deployment of the provincial “Low-income People’s Action Plan for Increasing Incomes”, we have adhered to the concept of “developing poverty alleviation” and targeted mainly low-income farmers. In accordance with the principle of “small-scale mobility, paid use and sustainable development” Pan’an carried out all-out poverty alleviation and microfinance work, effectively alleviating the problem of peasants’ venture capital shortage and accelerating the pace of low-income peasants going well. From January to August 2009, 571 poverty alleviation micro-loans and 14.915 million yuan were provided to the county for supporting the development of 571 various types of business-start-ups, driving more than 2,400 low-income rural households with an average income of 1,100 yuan.
