In this experiment, the effects of hemodilution and whole blood viscosity on cardiac systolic function during myocardial ischemia were observed on the hearts of 27 rabbits. The main results were as follows:(1) After the coronary blood flow was blocked in group I, the cardiac systolic function was significantly reduced, LVSP, dp/dt_(max) and V_(CE) were significantly decreased, and LVEDP gradually increased; (2) Group II At 15 min after myocardial ischemia, all parameters were similar to those of group I. At this time, low-molecular-weight dextran was used to exchange blood to reduce the viscosity of the whole blood, and the cardiac systolic function was obviously restored; (3) Before group III blocked coronary blood flow First hemodilution can reduce the change of cardiac systolic function during myocardial ischemia. These results suggest that abnormal changes in early hemorheology of myocardial ischemia may have aggravated the impaired systolic function of the heart.
