方法采用光普纯碳粉为缓冲剂,直流电弧阳极激发,在 GE—340型平面光栅摄谱仪负二级光谱区域摄谱(色散1.25埃/毫米)。利用钐提前挥发和镨的宽线特征,解决了Pr4225.327受钐干扰的问题,获得了满意的结果。被测元素测定范围:Pr_6O_(11)0.02~0.5%;Nd_2O_3、Sm_2O_3 0.01~0.5%;La_2 O_3、Y_2O_3 0.005~0.25%。方法单次相对百分均方偏差为±5.7~14.1%。
Methods Photochemical pure carbon powder was used as buffering agent and excited by anodic arc anodes. The spectrum was taken in the negative second-order spectral region of GE-340 plane grating spectrometer (dispersion 1.25 A / mm). Using samarium pre-volatilization and praseodymium wide-line characteristics, the problem of Pr4225.327 interfered by samarium was solved and satisfactory results were obtained. Measured element range: Pr_6O_ (11) 0.02 ~ 0.5%; Nd_2O_3, Sm_2O_3 0.01 ~ 0.5%; La_2O_3, Y_2O_3 0.005 ~ 0.25%. Methods The relative single-percentage deviation was ± 5.7 to 14.1%.
