2015年,传记电影《知无涯者》上映了。导演使用电影的手法,介绍了印度数学天才拉马努金充满传奇色彩的一生。拉马努金出生于1887年,12岁时开始对数学产生兴趣。15岁时,他自学英国数学家卡尔写的《纯粹数学与应用数学概要》一书,并做了几百页的数学笔记。高中毕业时,他各项成绩突出,校长说“满分也不足以说明他多么出色”。但进入著名的贡伯戈纳姆学院后,他将全部精力投入数学研究,导致其他科目成绩不及格,被学校开除。
In 2015, the biopic movie “The Wise Man” was released. The director uses the movie technique to introduce the legendary life of Indian math genius Ramanujin. Ramanujanin was born in 1887 and began to have an interest in mathematics when he was 12 years old. At the age of 15, he taught himself the book Pure Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, written by British mathematician Karl, and made hundreds of pages of mathematical notes. When he graduated from high school, he achieved outstanding results. The principal said “not enough marks indicate how good he is.” However, after entering the famous Kumbakonam College, he will devote all his energies to math studies, resulting in the failure of other subjects to be dismissed from school.
