At the end of September, China’s ten governmentaldepartments including the NationalDevelopment and Reform Commission, theMinistry of Industry and InformationTechnology, the Ministry of Finance, theMinistry of Land and Resources, the Ministryof Environmental Protection, the People’sBank of China jointly suggested a proposalof controlling overcapacity in some industries.
